Foundation Fees

Administration Fee

The Community Foundation charges an Administration Fee to each fund which includes the cost of staff services for grants and administrative expenses such as accounting, communication and reporting. 

1% charged on the first $1,000,000
.5% charged on the next $4,000,000
.25% charged thereafter
This is an annual fee, charged quarterly, minimum $250 annual fee per fund.

These fees do not include investment management fees which are a pro-rata share of the pooled investment account money management fees.
