Donate to help rebuild wood shop for Soteria at Work

Soteria Community Development Corporation's wood shop was destroyed by fire on July 13th. The wood shop was established in 2015 to offer employment and job training to the people it served, as well as generate income for its ministry.

Soteria at Work: “Reclaiming Wood, Reclaiming Lives” is a social enterprise program of the Soteria Community Development Corporation (SCDC) that provides an opportunity for individuals to learn and apply new skills, earn money, improve their long-term job prospects, and make a real difference in the community.

The wood shop where the team members work was destroyed by fire on July 13th. SCDC had just completed a $100,000 renovation of the shop in January of this year.
