Proposal Process

  • You must complete and submit the grant application by 4:00 pm on Friday, March 2, 2012.  Click on the Online Grant Application below.  Limit of one application per agency per year.  

  • We will review each application and applications meeting all submission criteria will be assigned to a member of the Grants Review Committee for review.  A site visit may be made and, in some instances, an applicant may be asked to give a brief presentation to the Grants Review Committee.

  • We will not consider applications from organizations that have not completed and returned an Evaluation Form from a previous grant award.

  • The Grants Review Committee will make its recommendations to the Board of Directors who has the final authority to approve or deny any grant request.  Awards will be announced by the end of May of each year.

  • The Community Enrichment Grant award cycle is June 1- May 31 each year.

The Community Foundation uses an ONLINE grant application process .  No paper applications will be accepted.

Applications must be submitted online NO LATER than 4:00 pm in Friday, March 2, 2012.  Please allow sufficient time to complete and submit your application prior to this deadline.
