Deborah G. Cooper

Director of Donor Services

Debbie has served the Foundation since 2000 overseeing donor services, scholarships and grants administration.  Prior to coming to the Foundation, she advocated for the welfare of children as Director of Programs and Public Outreach for a child abuse prevention organization.  Before entering the nonprofit sector, she served as a corporate office liaison for an international hotel management company.  Debbie has a Masters of Human Resource Development degree from Clemson University, a Bachelor of Psychology from Limestone College and an Associate Degree in Business Management from Greenville Technical College.

Debbie is a Leadership Greenville Alumni and a member of the 2013 Hull Fellows class, a professional development program of the Southeastern Council of Foundations.  She is a member of the National Scholarship Provider Association.  Debbie has served on committees for Leadership Greenville, the South Carolina Grantmakers, Greenville Heros: Serve and Protect Steering Committee, Human Potential Task Force: Ten at the Top Steering Committee and the Greenville Hospital System Children's Hospital Development Council Board.
